Had a busy day and the workout really helped me unwind. But I must have been way off my game because I was getting winded really easily but recovered quickly. It was odd, but I found it necessary to take a couple mid-set breaks on the pull-up bar moves. Also, I wanted to do even reps on both sides so I went over-time by a few seconds on several moves and had to rewind to get the full time of the next move. I ended up adding about 10 minutes to the routine. Today WAS EXTREME!
I lost some flexibility on my splits. I had to push really hard just to get back to the mark. No extending today.
Today's flow was really good, but still not consistent. I do a really good flow, then in the next one I mix up Phoenix Tail with Ward Off or something elementary like that. The flow is still not "in" my bones. Got to keep doing it.
I felt good after my workout, revitalized.
