4-03-18 (Tuesday) HY: P90X3 - Cold Start + 6x Challenges.
I was extremely sore and still tired from tennis on Sunday, so I took Monday off, except for the 6x Challenges. But I didn't wear my HRM so now record, just a check on the day. Today, I was still pretty sore, so I just kept up with the 6x Challenges and called it a day. But I did wear my HRM and got a count. So that was pretty much it for the day.
In the end, I burned a tiny 288 kcals. I was actually surprised that it was that high.
