7-13-18 (Friday) HY:  PU/PU Challenge + Pickle-Ball.

I got to the gym a little earlier than usual today because I wanted to get the Pull-Ups done and dusted.  I was pumped up and ready to play.  I was feeling good, and I played the way I felt.  After the last session, I really wanted to make up for that disappointment.  Long story short, we ended up playing FIVE games because I summarily dismantled John.  Today was my day and John didn't score more than 8 points in any of the games.  The point totals were between 3 and 8 points.  The worst of the games were the last two.  I was just on FIRE!  I was chasing down balls like crazy.  There weren't any, if any, WOW shots, but play was solid, fundamental.  I had a great time, but I'm not too sure about John.

In the end, I burned 1265 kcals.  A good day's burn.
