7-17-18 (Tuesday) HY: Body Beast - Bulk: Arms + Anabolic Stretch + P90X2 - X2 Ab Ripper + PU/PU Challenge + TCF.
I thought I was going to go a little lighter today, but I was feeling really good, so I actually went up on a few of the moves. But for the most part, I stayed with the previous weight. See the worksheet below for the numbers. By the time I got to the last Progressive Set, I was burning out. Triceps were on fire and those 5's were weighing a ton. All around good routine and by extension, good workout.
The Anabolic stretch was good. I tried to go up to 3kgs for the light load, but even that was too heavy, so I stayed at 2kgs. Worked on both Triceps and Biceps.
Moving into Abs, I'm still not able to get through the whole routine without a break, but I got close. The Abernome and the Bicycle Hold cramped me out. Had to take a break.
Ended with Day 17 of the PU/PU Challenge that really pumped me up. And the usual Flow Series.
In the end, I burned a good 702 kcals. It was a good burn for upper body and just Arms.
