7-24-18 (Tuesday) HY: Body Beast - Bulk: Legs + Anabolic Stretch + P90X2 - X2 Ab Ripper + PU/PU Challenge + TCF.
Final workout of Round 3.
Only a few changes in the weights today from last time. Most of the changes either came at the beginning lighter weights or the heavy weights. Like in the first set, I upped the first two sets but kept the heavy set the same. In the next Progressive Set, I upped only the light weights, etc. The only set where I upped all the weights was the first Super Set. My legs were really feeling it today. There were definitely shaking by the end of the Progressive Set. I hit the limit of the Calf Raises for the left leg. I almost cramped out, but I was able to hold it in check.
All the other routines were fine. I still didn't make it to the end of the Static Hold Bicycles, but I made it to the 12th rep before tapping out.
In the end, I burned up a good 1003 kcals. On to Round 4.
