Wk 5, D5. T25-Alpha: Lower Focus + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P2 + Raise Hand/Pulling Knee Combo.
 
NAILED IT!!! Along with a Straight 25! I don't want to jinx anything, but near the end, I was actually thinking, "This is easy, I could do more!" But at the end, my legs were feeling it! Great workout and a sweaty workout.
 
This combo is my favorite of the Phase 2 Combos. The direction change, the sweeping movements of the arms and hands, the balanced leg raise. So characteristic of Chinese Martial Arts. LOVE IT!!! I can't wait to do the whole sequence next week. At the same time, a little nervous.

 


In addition to this, I did three sets of Chair dips: 100-100-50. Still working towards conquering a muscle up!
