Wk 8, D1. T25-Beta: Core Cardio + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Double Dutch Brush Knee & Push/Play the Pipa Combo.

It is Sunday, but I had a long work day today. Thankfully it felt a lot shorter than it actually was. But I really wanted to get into my workout after work because I know I'd feel a lot better afterwards. And I an right!

TOTALLY NAILED CORE CARDIO! Straight 25 and hammered all the way through. Not much pain at all anywhere except for when I was doing the Speed Kicks and Jumping Air Planks. My quads got an awesome burn today. Felt like a Leg Day.  Very happy with my progress as I start week three of Beta.

This combo was extremely complicated and intricate. Melding a lot of short and long movements together. I was doing a lot of rewinding and rewatching today. I ended up needing to do the whole combo program THREE TIMES before I felt comfortable with it.  The combo itself is about 9 minutes long, but I ended up doing this combo for over half an hour to get it down.  Very tough, probably the toughest combo to date, but also one of the most awesome combinations so far. Two more and we're done!

Great way to start off a short week!
