Wk 9, D4. T25-Beta: Upper Focus + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Sequence 3.
Probably the only normal day this week. Got home and did my workout. I was looking at the schedule and decided to to shift Upper Focus to today and do Dynamic Core tomorrow and Speed 2.0 on Friday because of time restrictions due to a crazy work schedule change.
This is the best I've done on this routine so far in Beta. I made it all the way to 7 minutes left without a break. But still my biceps failed me. I started the Reciprocating Bicep Curls and I couldn't get the dumbbells up past three reps so I took a break to shake out my arms a bit then I went back to the beginning of the move and started over. No breaks after that. Aside from that break it was straight but I still don't count it as a Straight 25. I don't see this routine anymore on the schedule, so I'll have to get my Straight 25 during my hybrid, because this is going to make it in.
My foot placement was a lot better during the sequence. I also used the resistance band to get the muscle feedback. I had a great sequence. It was the best I've done it so far. Very happy with my progress. But still a long way to go.
