2-06-16 HY: Splits + TCF.

2-06-16 HY: Splits + TCF.
Just needed to keep up my stretch and splits. It was tough for me to stretch out. I felt it was a little tight in my legs so I just worked to get to my mark. Glad I did the stretch today because it would be that much tougher when my workout week begins tomorrow. The Flow was smooth and clean.
