1-25-18 (Thursday) HY: P90X3 - X3 Yoga + TCF.
Four days of hard routines and sports, I needed a good recovery day. I haven't had one in a while, so I was eager to get in some Yoga. But I was on sort of a time crunch because of a night class, so I went with X3 Yoga, short and sweet. The usual places were better than expected. I was able to get the Wrap with relative ease. I was surprised about that. I was a little shaky on the Half-Moon and the Reverse Half-Moon. But I was able to kill Crow. It was so great to get back to doing yoga again. After the routine was done, I went right into the Flow series.
Later in the evening, after my night class, I got my Flow done.
In the end, I burned a modest 250+kcals. I really needed this today!
