7-19-18 (Thursday) HY: Body Beast - Bulk: Shoulders + Anabolic Stretch + P90X2 - X2 Ab Ripper + PU/PU Challenge + TCF.

Another morning workout on an empty stomach.  I am still extremely surprised that I don't feel starved during these morning workouts.

Anyway, I really like doing Bulk: Shoulders in the morning because it is a shorter workout, but I can get a good burn and work a lot of tertiary muscles.  I kept the same weights as before for the most part and I hit the Limit on more moves today, especially during the last Progressive Set.  I really wanted to keep good form today, and for the most part, I crushed it.

After my Anabolic Stretch, went right to Abs.  I'm still gassing out at Abernom and midway through the final move, Static Hold Bicycles.  But I got to 10 reps this time.

I was able to pump out the Pull-Ups and Push-Ups for today's Challenge.  And I topped off the workout with a good Flow Series.

In the end, I burned a modest 712 kcals.  Actually, a little more than I had expected.
