Yes, I'm adding the date to my heading so I can remember when I did a particular workout. Also, today's workout was actually sort of a mistake in that I had intended to do Burn Intervals, but 1. Got sort of a late start, 2. without thinking, I started Cold Start, and 3. I had a time crunch to deal with so when I realized that I was doing the wrong routine, I... just kept on with it.
I was right yesterday when I wrote, "I'm going to feel it tomorrow." because of the heavy weights. Boy, DO I! Especially my legs, inner thighs and shoulders. I wasn't sure if my legs would be able to hack it, but once I got started, BAM felt good... Up until, AGAIN, Level 2 of the Round 2. I just seem to hit a wall and it is a major chore to get through the first two moves, Cross-Jacks and Out-and-In Hops. Once I get into the third move, the Hop-Hop-Squat, I'm okay. Arches were SCREAMING!!! But pushed through and got my second Straight 25 of 2.0.
No break and went right into Ab Burner which always gives me an awesome burn. Splits were tough. I was still feeling soreness, but lose thanks to 2.0, but stretching in the first round was painful, and felt better in the second round, so I increased my hold time by about 10 seconds and added slight pulse to get lower.
The Flow was a solid run through. Felt good all around.
Happy May Day, Everyone!
