5-15-15 HY: ChaLEAN Extreme-Lean Circuit 2 + Ab Burner + Splits + TCF.

Shake for breakfast and relaxed prep for my workout. The perfect day.  Got a lot of sleep last night, so I was feeling good.

A lot of shoulder and upper back work, along with the expected lower body work.  The extra Pull/Chin Ups fit right in.  Started off with straight 15 reps of wide grip pull ups.  It's been a while since I've been able to do that.  Focusing on the target muscles really help me to activate them when I'm doing specific moves. Lunge with rows, Plank with one arm rows. Got a lot of core work in as well. Really good cardio affect as well during the whole routine. Breathing hard, sweat, and heart rate in the zone.

I usually don't do abs when I do resistance, but I was feeling good and I had the time so I went ahead and added a little ab work.  This routine is great and always give me a good burn!

Muscles had a good heat so I pushed the splits.  Again, since I had the time, I pushed a long longer than usual.  Good to go deep.  The Flow also was quite steady.  Didn't get the centered feeling that I got yesterday after X2 Yoga, but felt good.

In the end, I torched a cool 1100kcals.  Great way to ease into the weekend.
