5-4-15 HY: P90X3-Cold Start + T25-Speed 3.0 + ChaLEAN Extreme-Ab Burner + Splits + TCF.
Busy day, but not for me. I was at my daughter's Soccer tournament pretty much all day, from 7am to past 5pm. It was chilly and misty rain. Doing nothing and being active is really tiring. When I got home, I didn't want to do anything much, but I knew that to get the cobwebs out a good workout was needed so I got ready.
Of course, I was feeling tight so I really needed Cold Start. And it ...was perfect as usual.

GAMMA Speed 3.0 is the most grueling workout of the Speed series. It combines the regular moves with the plank moves and it is TOUGH!!! The previous Speeds conditioned me well so I was feeling pretty good through the first round. The pain started hitting me on Level 1 of round 2 but I was determined to push through and do a Straight 25. But I made a mistake. Before the workout started, I was a bit hungry so I ate one of my oatmeal peanut butter balls. It stopped the hunger pangs, but it was no where near enough calories to support the workout. So, when I hit level 2 of Round 2, I hit a wall. I started to cramp up and I got a burning pain in my stomach so just about 3 moves before the end of level 2 I had to stop and get some water. It helped, but I could feeling lingering and I had to stop one more time before the last level of round 3. That experience was a first. One other thing that didn't help was the fact that I was really sore from yesterday's weights. More pain. And it didn't hurt that good. Next time, I'll be sure to gas up proper!
No break, went right into core and the burn was ON! I kept on drinking in sips to stave off the pain. Upped the weighted crunch weight to 10kgs. Almost too much... almost.
Great workout because I learned what not to do. In the end, torched just over 800kcals. Great way to keep the week going!
