5-3-15 HY: ChaLEAN Extreme-Lean Circuit 3 + Splits + TCF.
Rainy rainy day. Kind of felt like not doing anything. But I was relatively productive with my video editing and other things. I finally got the motivation to workout in the early afternoon before lunch.
LC3 is an interesting routine because it contains some of the more grueling moves combined with push ups, which is good for me. This is the last time I'm going to say this but SLOW REPS ROCK!!! When I look at my log ...sheets and see what I did before knowing I wasn't going as slow as Chalene was, I regret not following the program, but then again, the last time I did the program was the second time going through the program so I was probably just trying something different. But going back to the program was awesome. Going down in weight by about 2.5kgs but I almost hit failure each set. Such a tough routine, but I love the pain.

I had a lot of extra time so I extended a lot of the poses. And I got a great stretch. The Flow was also very solid.
In the end, I torched over 830kcals. Great way to start the week. Incidentally, I'm on a week long vacation so I'm going to have a lot of extra time. I was hoping to start my riding this year, but unfortunately it will be raining most of the week. I'll fit a ride in whenever I can.
