Thank goodness I pulled off a Straight 25. I got an awesome burn and sweat. Even got some sprinkler action on the punches. It was a good example of what is to come when it gets warmer. I was very happy to make it all the way through the Burnout. My arches still give me a problem on all the cross jump moves. But the way this routine was set up, I was able to recover with another move right after a crossing jump move. This is the main reason why I was able to get through it straight.
No break, went right into Ab RX. Got all the way through to the 40th rep of the Mason Twist, but I couldn't get the bonus so I took a break and went back to Rep 20 and I did 30 extra reps. Core was ON FIRE!
I think today was the best so far, the lowest so far on my splits. I pushed really hard. My Flow was right on as well. Still trying to fix my back stance issues and trying to control the front stance distance.
In the end, I torched a good 675kcals!
