5-7-15 HY: ChaLEAN Extreme-Burn Circuit 2 + Splits + TCF.
A friend of my wife's came from the US to visit so we went out to eat... at a buffet. Luckily it was at one of those organic places so I ate a lot of salad and vegetables. Yes, I had some not so good stuff, too, but I thought I did pretty good to control what I was eating. The one bad thing was that I ate a bit more than what satisfied me. So, I had to wait about 3 hours until I felt ready to do my workout without cramping.
This time, I took a bit longer than the video because I was adding an Extreme set to every move in addition to the extra Pull/Chin Ups. It was just cool enough in my room to not use the fan, but several times during the routine, beads of sweat formed all over my face and I had to take a quick moment to wipe them off before finishing out the set. This was a really tough workout today with the extreme set. I also pushed the weights up a bit on my triceps moves by 1.25kgs. Got an awesome burn.
I am pushing it hard on my splits. I have to consciously tell myself to push it to the pain threshold or I won't. I naturally won't push to the pain so I have to stay totally engaged in the position.
The Flow was good. I had a smooth run and it felt really solid so I was satisfied. In the end, I torched over 900kcals.
