5-29-15 HY:P90X3-Cold Start + Incinerator + ChaLEAN Extreme-Ab Burner + Splits + TCF.
Good morning workout. Normally, I would do a cardio workout on Friday, but since I have sort of been here and there this week with X3, I went with a resistance routine. So, I really needed a good warm up, went to old faithful! I really like this routine because of the variety of moves and the idea of burning out one body part at a time, two moves at a time. Starting with back, then chest, a...rms, biceps. Then with a lot of core, with the rocket launcher stances and planks. I had to pace myself really carefully because I went to failure with the last rep of each body part. With the biceps, I was using only 10kgs, so the first bicep move was great with a struggle at the end. But by the last arm move, "Arm and Hammer" I almost didn't make it to the end. PUMP and BURN!!
Moved right into the core. I wanted to do the longer routine or even Ab Ripper X, but sort of had a time crunch so went with the shorter one. Another good burn till the end.
No additional stretch time with the splits and Flow. But was still able to push it hard.
Great workout, Pump and Burn! In the end, I Torched well over 700kcals! Great way to rip into the weekend!
