Felt good this morning. Routine started out as normal, a few minutes of moderate cardio to warm up, then it hit. For some odd reason, my arches started to tighten up and I was afraid that I would cramp up. I had to let it up a bit until they started to loosen up. I was fortunate to be doing this particular routine because it allowed my arches to loosen up through the moves. It was a great workout and despite the near cramping in my arches, I was able to get a hold of it, subdue it, and nail it. I only took one short break and that was after the Pike ups. Again, I really went for it and pushed hard not to take a mid-set break, but for some reason I got a little light headed and had to take a drink and breath. But I was able to get over it and kill it from there.
I lost some stretch on my splits so I had to push harder just to get
back to my mark. The next to final flow was good, but I realized that I
started to develop some bad habits to fit in my small space. I need to
flow in a better and bigger place so I can keep my form steady.
