Wk 13, D6. T25- Core Speed + Tai Cheng: NR4 + Full Flow.
Shakeology in the morning before today's workout was perfection. Gave me the energy needed to get through this tough routine. It was C-C-COLD!!! I felt it at the beginning and I was pushing hard to keep up, especially during the burpee moves and moves like the L-squat. But after Level One, I warmed up and NAILED IT!!! Great way to finish out the week. Very happy with today's routine. However, I still had a little bit of an issue with my arches. I don't know if it is the cold, or something else, but they started to tighten up again at the beginning, but loosened up after warming up.
TAI CHENG IS COMPLETE!!!
I did Neural Reboot 4 and made a little progress with the splits. It feels more like my joint mobility that is preventing me from going further down than tight muscles or ligaments. But I guess I'll have to assume that it's not and keep pushing till I get down.
Today's flow was good. I tried to shorten up my front stance a bit to stay within my space, but my space is just too small for a full flow with the ideal range of motion on my stances. Although I'm finished with the program, I will definitely continue doing most of the reboot stretches and of course continue the flow as often as I can, and where ever I can. I'll give a comprehensive review of the program later this week, but I can honestly say that I loved this program. Reasons to follow.
Super way to start my day, and SUPERER way to end my week.
