Week 14 is the final week of T25! Got to kick it up a notch...
Started off with a BANG! But my biceps burned out really quick. I don't know what the deal is. I do not have any muscular endurance to speak of. Just using 6kgs in each hand, I was burned out at 18 reps and was able to just squeak out about 4 more past that. Biceps were burning during the lifting, but the burn disappeared within moments. Very different from P90X pump when I would do just 8-12 reps with up to 15kgs but the burn and pump lasted for about an hour. Can anyone tell me why that is? But either way, today, after the first circuit, I was taking little breaks between moves, and eventually added about 10 minutes to the routine. Kind of bummed about that.
Yes, Tai Cheng is finished, but I want to continue splits training so I
did a truncated version of the Neural reboot and got into the splits.
OUCH!!! I also continued to do the flow. Felt very good today and didn't
have too many brain farts.
