Wk 14, D3. T25-Core Speed + Tai Cheng: NR4 + Full Flow.

Evening workout today. Busy with lots of things and had not time to get it in any earlier.
Very happy with today's workout. First time to Nail this routine. I usually need to stop for a break after the first circuit, but this time I was able to push through. The only modification I had to do was in the beginning of the level 2, first move when my arches, for some reason, started to seize up and instead of doing the agility move, I had to just do high knees for a few reps until the pain went away. Once that worked itself out, I totally nailed the routine. Got an awesome sweat on and an awesome shake. Meaning, my legs were shaking after the routine. My heart rate stayed high for longer than it has in the past with a cardio workout. Everything was just routine after that.

I really pushed passed my limit on the splits today, and for the first time, my feet started to really tingle and numb up during the splits. I also was forced to move a lot slower in transition. But I was able to a little past my mark.

Really awesome flows today. Again, the discrepancy between my right side and left made itself known today. I am right handed, but in this instance, my left side is dominant. I just do much better when starting left then right. I wonder why?

Great workout today!
