I sat in a freezing cold gym and then a stood in a cold classroom for almost three hours. My joints and leg muscles started to cramp up. Had to go through that because it was for my son's graduation. After the ceremony and all the other stuff was finished, my wife and I went out and did some shopping and had lunch. Got home late afternoon and needed to stretch out and relax before my workout.

I kept the weights the same, and felt it was a good weight. Just hit my limit on the presses, just barely getting the dumbbells up on the last rep. The only move that I probably could have gone up in weight was the Combo Set. The interesting thing is that when I did Build: Shoulders, my left front shoulder muscle, anterior delt, is it? was feeling the pinch, but today, my right anterior delt was feeling it. The pain kind of just appeared and pounded. But I was able to muscle through it. I added the Band Uppercuts and really felt the pump on that static hold across the bottom of my chest. Loving that move! Major pump and burn today.

Moved right into Abs and I discovered that I've been doing the second move wrong. Unlike level 12, in level 13 I'm supposed to hold the weight above my lateral head, not my position head, meaning when I'm lying on my back, the weight shouldn't be over my face, rather, it should be above my head. The weights I was using were way too heavy. The next time, I'm going to have to go down to and see if 4kgs is more doable than the 7.5kgs I was attempting. When I did put the weight above my head, I got an incredible flex, but couldn't maintain the height of the weight.

The Splits were especially low today. YES! Excited about that. The Flow was smooth and clean. I'm really exaggerating the tucked hips now. I'll have to work on having more balance on some of the positions.

In the end, I torched a good 850+kcals. Had a good session with a good burn.
