6-28-17 (Wednesday) HY: P90X3 - X3 Yoga + TCF.
Mid-week recovery was a must this week. Two tough resistance days and an intense T25 cardio day. But I was in a bit of a time crunch at work because of a deadline for a paper I'm supposed to hand it for publication. Deadline is this Friday and I haven't been able to really find the time to get it done. Now, I'll have to get it done somehow. So, I need to workout and get to work as early as possible to have time to get cracking on my paper.
Basically, everything was as expected. The Flow was good and controlled. I was strong all the way up until the Half-Moon on my right side. Still had some balance issues. Still can't look up. Plus, I just wasn't able to keep my balance. I kept falling out of it. I was falling a lot more than usual on my left side as well. But not as much as my right. My Up-Dog on my Vinyasas have greatly improved over the last week. My back is still not at 100%, but the range of motion on my Up-Dogs are almost back to normal. If I push, there is a little tweak, so I don't push too much or too hard. After yoga, I took some time to do a series of Flows and it felt pretty good.
In the end, I melted about 190kcals. Very calm day today.
