Wk 4, D5. T25-Alpha: Ab Intervals+ Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P2 + Bear Coming Out of Cave.

I made it through, but I did have to rewind the DVD once because I missed the instruction and was lying at an angle where I couldn't see the screen, so I took a 10 second break to rewind. Bummer. My abs felt good, but burned out. I have to get my abs much stronger. I am nowhere near where I want to be as far as core strength. I need to maybe add some routines to raise that strength up.

The move today was very easy, but very hard at the same time. The move was simple, but the stance was very tough to keep, especially during the shift. In the end, I got the move, but was still a little iffy about my foot placement and angle. I'm going to have to take a look at the Master Scroll again to make sure of the stance. I also kept over stepping the stance, going wider than the 45degrees. A lot of work to do.
