August 7, P90X3, Week 13, Day 5 (Block 3)- Dynamix.

August 7, P90X3, Week 13, Day 5 (Block 3)- Dynamix.

I had forgotten what this workout was about. Then when I started it, the memories came back. It is not really intended to be a killer routine, rather an athletic prep routine. I did Cold Start before doing Dynamix, but for this workout, I guess I really don't need to because a lot of the moves from cold start are in the main body of the workout itself. So I guess you could call it a glorified Cold Start.
But that fit right in to where I am now, in a transition week, I guess you could call it a recovery week. Not doing anything too strenuous. Just trying to increase flexibility and range of motion.  Trying to be able to do moves without cramping so quickly.  It definitely served its purpose. I felt really loose today and relaxed.

My big question is  to see whether or not I'm going to follow the schedule tomorrow and take a day off. I may just do a simple routine instead of a day off, since I'm going to do the Elite Part for the next month.

Kind of surprised that I burned close to 400kcals today on this routine, but happy about it.
