Had more time today so I could relax a bit before my morning workout. The one thing that keeps making itself known to me is how little endurance my core has. I can do the moves, but I can't do them for long. I'll have to concentrate more on working the core once I'm done with this program. Great BURN, today!
I felt really good in the NR4. I had to nudge my feet further on my splits, drop stance and Kossak. Huge imbalance between left and right. I'll have to work that out. The sequences are getting smoother and I'm forgetting less. Can't wait to put it all together.
In the shower, I
do dips in the bathtub, three sets, 50-40-40. Getting stronger with
those. I need to make time to go out to a bar and try the muscle up!
