Wk 9, D7, Scheduled Off Day but did impromptu exercise.
My daughter wanted to go and play tennis while my son went to his tennis lesson. So We played tennis for about half an hour, then went to play badminton. Man, I got a good sweat on and she kicked my butt. The only restriction I had was no smashing, and I didn't have the game to beat her... TWICE! It just got worse the second time around. After two hours, I had burned over 600kcals. My legs got an awesome workout. Lots of stop and go, and changing directions in badminton. Speed and Agility really helped. I would have been dead the next day, but no problems today!
