Neck is feeling a lot better. Overall physical feeling is much better. But still not a Straight 25. This is the second time doing this routine, but I still had issues with a few of the moves, so I had to stop the DVD and rewind to get the move again. However, I did feel a lot better about the ab moves. I was able to almost hold all the V-holds. Not quite all the way, but getting there.
The move today was very intricate. I will need to review it. At the
same time, it was one awesome move. The neural reboot introduced a new
kick that will be needed in this phase. The kick is also awesome.
I tried to review Sequence ONE from memory, but it was gone. So I got it out and went over it. I also slid into sequence TWO. I tried to go into the first move of sequence THREE, but it was already gone so I decided to just let it go naturally. But doing the first 12 moves was awesome. The flow was absolutely terrible because I had to stop and think of the sequence, but I got through it on both sides.
