Did a Straight 25! It was hard, but the moves that really killed were always followed by a move that allowed me to shake out my painful parts so everything worked out fine. When doing the plank progression, sweat was falling off my face like it was a thunder storm! Man was it coming down. I had a towel right there so I incorporated a face-wipe with the arm raises on the last stage of the progression. Quads burned like the first time, but I felt like I could take it a little better this time, especially during the Air Planks.
Again, another move with intricate parts. I had to really focus on all
facets of the move and my body to get everything even close to what it
was supposed to be. Interesting change in that we saw the application
first. Kate is beginning to loosen up. I tried to do all the moves
again, but forgot again, so I went back to do Sequence ONE again. Got to
brand it in my brain.
Ended with 4 sets of 25 dips. got a burn in my shoulders and upper back. Still working toward the muscle-ups.
In the end, burned over 600Kcals today. Plus, Shakeology for dinner!
