Wk 9, D3. T25-Beta: Core Cardio + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Sequence 3.

Today was an extremely odd day. I was forced to split T25 and Tai Cheng morning and evening. I always wanted to try that at least once to see how many calories I burn for each workout so I got my answer today.

In the morning, I did T25. I felt really good so I totally NAILED IT! Previously, I talked about how my quads would kill me during the Air Planks. Today, my legs felt strong and even though I increased my range of motion, broke 90 degrees on my knee bending, my quads were solid and the burn was down. Very happy about the straight 25 as well. Burned over 500kcals alone on this routine, plus cool down.

After a busy day of work, I came home and quickly changed and did Tai Cheng. I really tried to focus on foot position and movement fluidity. I also need to focus on my breathing. I habitually breathe into my chest which Dr. Cheng says is not good. But it was a good session none the less. Burned just over 150kcals on this routine alone.

Even though it was an odd schedule, I feel it was a productive one.
