I really love this routine! It is a solid circuit, and I really think I improved on the moves. Round ONE level 1-3 was awesome, and I nailed it. Round TWO is really taxing on my arches and I had to ease off a bit during the third move in level 1. But I was able to kill it in the later levels. I nailed the final ROUND. It is so awesome to do all the moves and I can feel myself pushing harder as the time gets shorter. Great motivational style!

I love the move today. A lot easier, but very technical. Then I also did sequence 1 and 2 from memory on both sides. I was very happy that I could remember them. I had a great time with it. I am finding that I need to watch my stances, I am still overstepping them and I need to get the angles right with my 45degree foot.

Great workout today! In the end, I burned over 600kcals!
