Wk 7, D4. T25-Beta: Upper Focus + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Diagonal Punch Kick with Check and Punch. Sequence 1 & 2.

Love the resistance training mixed with cardio. I get such a great burn. My biceps are burned out. I need to keep remembering that my elbows need to say in front of my ribs. I really want to get back to a stronger and toned body. Weights is the way to go.

This move was awesome! The diagonal punch kick with check and punch seemed like a cool combo, but was still considered a static move. I didn't think it was possible, but these phase three moves are even more Bruce Lee'ish than I thought.

I reviewed the first two sequences again, and I'm getting it little by little. Very happy about that!
