I think this is the earliest I have ever workout out in my life. I got up at 6:45am and was pressing play at 7:50am. I was kind of happy about that.
I also think that Speed 2.0 is one of my favorite routines. It really challenged me. I had to really focus to keep up with the team. I'm really liking the descending time increments and the three levels or stages. I got through stage 1 level 1 without breaking a sweat. Once I started level 2, the sweat started to roll. By stage 2, I was swimming in sweat. So I would have to reach for a towel on the "Hop-Hop-Sqaut" move and wipe myself off. For just this routine, I burned close to 400 kcals!
NR3 was great. I was feeling rather sore from yesterdays triple workout
so the stretching and foam rolling were exactly what I needed.
The combo was a relatively easy one with required only one go around. Also because I was a little pressed for time so I was happy I was able to get this one quickly.
Gearing up for my 3-Day Refresh starting this Friday. I'm a bit anxious about it. But still looking forward to it. Have a great week!
