Wk 8, D6. T25-Beta: Speed 2.0 + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Withdraw and Seal/Cross Hands Combo.

Wk 8, D6. T25-Beta: Speed 2.0 + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Withdraw and Seal/Cross Hands Combo.

This had quickly become one of my favorite routines. It is well structured and the finish line is clear so I can gauge how hard I can push to make it to the end. Today, in two words... NAILED IT!!!

NR3 is working well on my flexibility! Final combo today. Can't wait for the sequence!

Today is the first day of my 3-Day Refresh. I was reading the instructions very carefully. Maybe a little too carefully. I was following the "At least an hour after the ____" and I sort of bunched up my eating and shakes in the morning and afternoon. I did a cleanse fast before and I didn't have a lot of energy by the end of the day. Today, I felt really good! I had more than enough energy to do my T25 and Tai Cheng. Very surprised about that, but happily surprised. Two more days!

Great way to roll into the weekend!
