Wk 9, D1. T25-Beta: Rip'T Circuit + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Sequence 3.

Busy day. Switched my winter and summer clothes around. I had to run up and down my stairs like twenty times with arm-fulls of clothes and other things.  I played badminton a couple times with my daughter during her study break. Good warm up for my workout, drew a good sweat.

Final day of the 3-Day Refresh. I felt good. Not overly energetic, but felt good.

T25 was good today. Didn't totally nail it. My energy waned a bit and made it to the one legged burpees but took several short breaks after that. Eventually added about 5 minutes to the routine.  I was doing the moves fine, I nailed each individual move, but my transitions felt slow, so I would rewind to get the full time for the next move.  Calorie burn is back up to around the 350 mark for these routines, but that could be due to the extra time.

Tai Cheng was AWESOME! NR3 did it's job, but the sequence was tough. It unexpectedly doubled up on Brush Knee. I ended up doing the routine twice. I did it okay, but my feet positioning is a little tenuous. But it was great to finally get to this sequence.  This is definitely a cool sequence and I can't wait to put everything together!  Great way to start the week!
