Today was like a major exercise day. Woke up and knew I didn't have to workout in the morning, but decided to keep my schedule and go ahead and do my workout in the morning. Today, I was using two 7.5kg dumbbells. I was thinking I that I should maybe go lighter but felt a bit guilty about thinking that until I saw that the guy on the video was using 12lbs. dumbbells so I may go a little lighter next time, or I might stick with them. Gameday decision. But the workout was awesome. I wasn't able to get a Straight 25 because I was flaming out. My first break was after the one-legged burpees. I was just dying and needed a breather.  Plus, the air is now very dry and breathing heavy really dried out my throat so I really needed a drink. Took a couple more breaks after that, but only added about 3 minutes to the routine. Felt GREAT!

Today's static move was the quintessential Tai Chi move. The big arm swings and the direction changes. It was so cool and I felt really in the groove. It was a great session.

In the early afternoon, I played tennis. I just wasn't feeling it in the morning. Very roller coaster start. But I started to get into my groove as the game went on. Still had some issues with my forehand, but some issues with my backhand raised its ugly head. going to need to iron a lot of stuff out before I play in a tournament.  Anyway, final score, 7-6, 6-2, 6-0, 5-0. Didn't have the time to finish the set.  But it was a fun and learning match. Had to dig down and find that next gear.

I miss doing pull ups so after the match, I did 20 pull ups.

When I got home, I was really wanting to watch The Voice online, but instead, I decided to review Sequence ONE and TWO. I really wanted to tie the two together. It was great putting everything together. It was awesome.

It was a great day of exercise and sports for me.
