Wk 9, D5. T25-Beta: Dynamic Core & Speed 2.0 + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P3 + Sequence 3.
My schedule is very weird this week. So I found it necessary to do a double on T25 today because I'm not sure I'll have time tomorrow to do both routines. So I did Dynamic Core in in the morning, and I did Speed 2.0 and Tai Cheng in the afternoon.
My morning workout really woke me up! Abs are the thing to do in the morning. It was a good burn to start my day. Almost made it through the whole routine, but my abs were dying so I had to take some breaks. I'll make it one day.
In the afternoon, I did Speed 2.0. LOVE IT! I had a good run and totally NAILED IT! Straight 25! BABY!!
The Tai Cheng was great. NR3 and Sequence 3 were feeling good. Getting better with the foot placement. I had a few lapses with memory during a few go throughs, but felt good. I also did it with the yellow resistance band. I think I upgrade to the green band next time.
