Wk 6, D6. T25-Beta: Core Cardio + Tai Cheng: Neural Reboot P2 + Sequence 2.

Neck is a little better, but still have only about 70% range of motion. I predict it will be better within the next couple days. On top of that, I really feel like my body is putting up a really scrappy fight against this virus that my son has. Every workout is like sending reinforcements to the battlefield. I feel like crap before the workout, but feel so much better afterwards. Lots of sleep and Shakeology for dinner. I'll beat this bug.

But the workout was harder than it was compared to the first time I did it on Sunday when I was at 100%. I couldn't do a Straight 25, I had to stop a few times to check the move, and near the end, I had to stop to get a drink. My throat was just parched and it was hard to breathe. After the drink, I was good to go.

Used the resistance band with the sequence today. Felt really good. and had a good rhythm. I still had hip tuck issues, and knee issues. But it was a good round. Looking forward to learning the new moves in Phase 3!
